Peter Bernier (he/him/his), B.BA, B.Sc., B.A., founded LEGIT Toronto in 1994. A passionate and dedicated LGBT rights activist, he graduated from the Immigration Practitioner program at Seneca College with high honors. Peter was the president of the Canadian Association of Immigration Professionals (CAPIC) in 2010 and was instrumental in ICCRC’s bid to become the new regulator of immigration consultants. He has helped thousands of LGBT couples successfully immigrate to Canada.

Nina Andreeva (she/her/hers) has been with LEGIT Toronto since 2014. She is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) as well as a licensed Paralegal and member of The Law Society of Ontario (LSO). A champion for human rights and equality, Nina has successfully helped many families immigrate and settle in Canada. Nina is a professional who truly believes that hard work and dedication will always pay off in the end.
